The Team
Dr. Jessica Hund, PT, DPT
PHYSICAL THERApist & Founder
After having her own first baby, Jess discovered how difficult it was to advocate for appropriate pelvic floor therapy. She was frustrated at the difficulty to get into the clinic and the care that then followed. Jess decided to step into this gap and utilize the same principles she had spent her career studying and apply these to the pelvic floor. Dr. Hund is passionate about creating an environment where trust is formed and refuses to acknowledge that the status quo needs to be the usual. Jess has led pelvic floor discussion panels, teaches as an adjunct professor at George Fox University, and has Herman and Wallace training.
Dr. Linda Froemming, PT, DPT
physical therapist & director
Linda received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from George Fox University and her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Oregon State University. After having her first son, she knew there was a big need for pelvic floor physical therapy and knew there was a big change needed in the pregnancy and postpartum world. She has a special interest in treating pelvic health concerns including urinary incontinence, urinary frequency and urgency, pelvic organ prolapse, painful intercourse, pelvic pain, and prenatal and postpartum care. Linda has training through Herman & Wallace. Aside from physical therapy, Linda enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, and Golden Retriever. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and camping in the PNW, traveling with her family and friends, and trying new foods. Her hobbies include going on walks with her family, weightlifting, gardening, and baking.
Bethany Nguyen, PT, DPT
physical therapist
Bethany received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from George Fox University in 2016 and returned to teach part-time in their program. Her passion lies in progressing and improving the level of care both provided to patients and in what students learn to implement after graduation. Initially practicing as an inpatient therapist in the hospital and home health settings, she has grown her curiosity and interest in pelvic floor health after having her first daughter. She has training through Herman and Wallace and is passionate about empowering individuals to feel like their best selves.
