The Fitter Floor

Semi-private training at The Floor PDX blends a transition for those who either have had pelvic involvement in the past or have just graduated/been cleared to participate from our Doctors of PT. We have curated a pelvic specific training program to bridge the gap to returning to your training method of choice coached closely by trainers we have prepared with a solid understanding and framework of the pelvic floor.
